Anchor a memory

Start with a powerful memory. Try to remember all the facts. The person, what they were wearing, what was said? How they were sitting. All the aspects of the situation. Sit quiet let the memory soak in to your whole being.
My anchor memory? Tan shirt, wheel chair, conversing with my mom. Promises to love, take care of and be with me forever. Memory facility. My mom.
This memory grounds me. Helps me in times of doubt. This really happened for me. All of these things are happening for me not to me.
I thank God for taking care of me. Having anchor memories keeps my portal to God alive.
What is an anchor memory for you?
