If you're walking on egg shells, just start breaking some eggs.
How scared do I have to be? Why does fear dominate our lives? The worry wheel that continues to turn all the time in my mind. Fear when left unchecked becomes anxiety, depression and other mental problems. Fear is a bad habit. But a troublesome one. So how does one stand down fear? Easy, talk back to fear. When fear rears its irritating head and talks to you, simply talk back. One technique is to thank fear for sharing. So when fear shares, simply say, thank you for sharing. You can also add your affirmation, such as "Thank you for sharing, Jesus is my Master." Use whatever language you choose. Don't walk on egg shells around fear, just start breaking some eggs with confidence.
How can I talk back to fear today? What payoff do I get by continuing to be so scared?
