Not what if…when…

You can’t have a positive day with negative thinking.

My mind is bombarded…what if it doesn’t work out, what if I don’t get organized, what if I can’t handle my mom’s future? What if I can’t lose this weight, what if I won’t be healthy?

What if, what if, what if. Such a breeding ground for fear, anxiety and bingo, self centeredness. It’s all about me. Not God, not trusting that the universe is in my favor, but me. What a lonely, lost place to be.

Turn that around! Use “when”. When it works out, when I get organized, when I lose weight, when I am healthy. Speak hope into the future, not doubt.

Today, I’ll answer “what if “

With “when” And make it a better day.
