You must practice radical trust, trust the process.
Radical - relating to or affecting the fundamental nature of something; far reaching or thorough.
Trust - having confident reliance of the reliability, integrity and. truthfulness of someone or something.
Listen and trust. Oh, so hard. What will happen if I don't control everything, and know the outcome of every situation? If I'm not holding on for dear life, what will become of my life? I know I'm miserable, anxious, depressed and stressed when I try to manage my life. So, how do I practice radical trust. Number one, breathe. Use my breath to connect with my body and my Higher Power or my adult self. My breath is my life force and I assure myself that I am ok. My situations are ok. Relax into the moment. Trust the process. The process of life, and recovery.
Radical trust is hard. But, we can do this. Breathe, assure yourself, and be grateful.
