What if everything will be ok?

If a man carries his own lantern, he need not fear darkness.
Walking is one of the best forms of meditation. For some reason, when I walk, my anxiety and fear dissolve into the peace of the trail. Walking along, I see deer, turkeys, squirrels, several birds and reptiles. All this peace cannot help but intrude. Often I counter my negative thinking. with the quick question, "What if everything will be ok?" What if? Instead of negative rumination, change my perspective that it might all be alright. There is a saying "don't feed the darkness", instead feed the light.
"Every now and again take a good look at something not made with hands - a mountain, a star, the turn of a stream. There will come to you wisdom and patience and solace and above all, the assurance that you are not alone in the world."
Speak the words - "What if everything will be ok" to a problem today,
