We choose how we “see” God.

Everything else is fear. I choose to see God. How I choose to see God is up to me. I’ve been given this choice by my creator. I can “see” God in nature, my loved ones, music, anywhere I choose. I just need to look and listen.

I was always waiting for God to choose me. The proverbial tap on the shoulder or white light experience. Always waiting, hoping. Like Rapunzel in her castle waiting for her prince. This self centered view of the world kept me from Gods goodness. The minute I choose to “see” God every thing opened up.

This philosophy had its test recently. I’ve learned that there is a window of opportunity for me when approaching difficult problems. I feel the emotion arise, then I can choose to change the trajectory of the feeling from one to being out of control or serenity This I do by trying to “see” God and the Serenity Prayer.

Looking and seeing God has helped me feel more a like part of this big universe and I feel supported, loved and oh so taken care of.
